      Milking the SAN cash cow, but for how long?

      Pros

      Great track record in SAN market. Used to have solid engineering team - most of the talent which helped company fend of Cisco in SAN market has left now.

      Cons

      Disastrous execution in Ethernet switching. Combination of poor strategy and even worse execution has resulted in little/no traction in new markets like data center ethernet even though the company had strong SAN customer base it could leverage.

      Pros

      I've been working from one year , joined from College and is my first job. They take good care of early bees. They organize programs ( which helps to plan the overall career in all ways, financially technically & socially ) for comfortable start . Technical camps which provide exposure on what all other teams are doing are organised. Interaction with senior mangers is easy and comfortable. HIghly flexible timings, WFH option. Technically sound colleagues. Good platform to grow technically, if utilized properly. Very good work culture overall . And great place to kick start the career.

      Cons

      Heard that Growth is slow in the ladder. Facilities like providing food.. have to improve.

      Pros

      Beautiful gym with fitness classes throughout the day. Employees encouraged to join company organizations like green initiatives, volunteer/community work, fitness... 40/hrs per year of volunteer time off.

      Cons

      Lacks innovation and real vision. Work focused mainly on reactional assignments vs taking on ambitious initiatives to drive industry movement. Culture shift from energized talent to"keep your head down".
