Relaxed atmosphere and a good level of trust for you to do your own work

Cons

When Immediate Media came in, told everyone our jobs were safe and then made us all redundant a couple of months later

Salary on time. Good HR initiatives during festivals. Safety for women employees.

Cons

Desperate to make more money by replacing senior, more experienced people with freshers so they have to pay less. Only good if you are into buttering the managers Change in management required.
