      1. The office is beautiful enough to function properly in. 2. Co-workers are nice (at least in front of you). 3. The working hours are flexible.

      Cons

      1. You might hear rumours about your professional life around. 2. Editors do not fulfill their role as leaders. 3. Salaries are not great at all.
