      Open minded and proactive development in team with an eye on new technologies an the opportunity for everyone to develop themself and to test new ideas or solutions outside schemes

      Cons

      The company is highly structured and to keep the two extreme sides in contact a lot of meetings ia needed, outer dev team meeyings, to let all employee in track and up to date
