Pros

Had good culture until recent years.

Cons

The company is messy and in decline, it is led by an incompetent female MD and a male MD who implements half-baked business ideas that are bound to fail. It’s a mystery how the female MD got hired since she was fired for her incompetency by a competitor company. As a leader, she is uninspiring, unable to resolve any problems, has no direction and vision on how to bring the company to greater height. She has no valuable inputs at meetings, often making politically incorrect statement and racist remarks, shouting at staffs and causing these talents to resign. The caucasian male MD has created lots of problems with his big ideas that does not work. When things fail which they always do, time and money were wasted but he gets away easily. They also hire top managements who are not familiar with Singapore market and has no valuable input, costly and redundant to have.

Pros

The teams who actually do the work are great, very talented and hard working and always do their best considering lack of support and constant change from senior management. Have great brands within the portfolio.

Cons

Sexual harassment, bullying, no support, racism, discrimination, no proper HR practice in place, bad behaviour is rewarded, good behaviour is not. Those who bring in revenue get away with so much, major cover up going on in relation to senior management behaviour around sexual harassment & bullying. Lacking in vision and mission, very strange management practices considering its 2019. More like 1970s All talk and no action, lacking in common sense.
