      Pros

      Good benefit and bonus, in my country at least. Matured system, which lets you focus on developing and achieving results. Combine that with many in-house tools and unified tech environment.

      Cons

      There's always layoffs. Always. Only recommended if you don't care about your job security. Little room for personal growth. Proactiveness is not something that's widely appreciated on lower job levels or certain departments.
