If you are willing to wait and continuously find upper management to get their side of the work done, it is great

Cons

- Paycheck is very inconsistent (Sometimes a week late, other times a bit early) - Randomly docked pay (took months to resolve and was brushed it off as no problem) - Have to make CGI look good even if it is at the expense of clients - Scolded for speaking up about poor practices within CGI members when trying to fix it - Lots of Empty Promises

Nice working Place in Mckinley, Work life balance as there is work from home.

Cons

Salary for foreigner is divide in 2 part, basic salary and language allowance. Off course the language allowance is higer than the basics salary, so they are able to pay a very little 13th month. which is the only company i have been doing that in my experience in the philippines.
