Outdated Technology, No Training

Pros

The company's share plan is nice. The SOME people are nice. They have good benefits. You will also free security clearance if you have a clean criminal record and if you are debt free.

Cons

Some employees will micromanage you because they need more people to write codes. There are times when new employees are rushed to learn a "new" language on their own. There is no formal training. The company had at least two massive layoffs to my knowledge. CGI uses outdated languages. Therefore, you lose your job, then it's going to be tough finding another job with only experiences in outdated technology.
