      Large company with many potential opportunities. You are able to work on diverse projects or even pursue ideas of your own. Supportive, environment.

      Cons

      Because it's a large company, it is also very bureaucratic, and anonymous. Slowing moving to get anything done. Don't expect a great deal of agility.

      Because the employer works with my large companies, on big projects. The opportunity to learn and grow in your profession is abundant. If you are looking for a very diverse and international work culture, this is your place.

      Cons

      Large important companies mean strict protocols and restrictions. Layers of security and a limit of available equipment to choose from, makes working here less flexible, basically opposite a startup.
