      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Project teams are full of smart people.

      Cons

      Over worked, under appreciated employees. Salaries are lower than expected. The company compares itself to the market instead of setting itself apart from the competition as a better place to work when it comes to benefits and compensation. Promotions are meaningless and hard to achieve in a timely manner. CGI is an information hording environment; problems would be solved sooner if people were encouraged to share more information. It's a leveraged mentality.

      It is a large organization with some good opportunities at consulting. You get a variety of work experience.

      Cons

      Nobody knows CGI as a brand. Pay is not that great compared. Management does not want to take care of its employees.
