      A bit of a waste of time and effort-- get your experience and then leave!!

      Pros

      - flexibility with work times (as long as the jobs gets done) - some really smart and nice people in the group who are willing to share their expertise - environment is relatively relaxing

      Cons

      - no project =no work. been on and off the bench for last year - not much employee recognition - under paid - some individuals have a pompous nature to them: The "superstar" syndrome - horrible evaluation process-- I have no idea what I need to do in order to get promoted - in some teams, favoritism (work goes to those individuals rather than giving others a chance)

      Pros

      They share purchase is an ok deal. They match up to a maximum percent of your salary. That is the only pro I can think of.

      Cons

      You are a no one there. Bottom line is get it done and get it done fast. Quality does not seem to be a big part of there contracts.
