      Pros

      - Work with brilliant and creative people - Some projects are flexible enough to allow travel or remote work - Some projects allow you to be creative and really improve a clients business or process.

      Cons

      - Company makes too many promises to Clients and Employees it does not keep. - Pay is poor compared to same job with other companies - Hardly any opportunity for career advancement - Depending on project the work/life balance doesn't exist - Upper management is always talking about how the financial status of the company is higher than expected but employees don't see any reward for their hard work. -Most projects are understaffed

      CGI - flextime is great, but you'll work many hours

      CGI allows for flexible work schedule with certain positions and the ability to telecommute - a beneift to many employees.

      Cons

      The bench policy is an issue with many employees. Because of the business unit model, not all internal functions are adequately aligned. Employees regularly work long hours.

      large customer base and if you are able to travel ALOT, you may be able to pick some decent positions

      Global Delivery means that the Layoff Temporarily employees at a whim. Management (senior) is running business from excel and nothing else. Director position is a disaster, overworked, underappreciated. Huge gap between staff, directors, VP's
