Company culture is awful. Lots of talk about management frameworks and measurements, while senior management ignore any negative feedback, pressure you not to give it, and cultivate culture in which you can't speak up. Progression opportunities are next to non-existent, obscured by wooly language and relationships. Internal systems and processes are extremely outdated, clunky and difficult to navigate. Span of control is far too large for directors to provide any form of impact beyond the bare minimum. Next to no opportunity for pay rises, while bonuses are laughably low and no real motivation to chase them. If you want to be in consulting be aware that this is a resource augmentation head shop, not a management consultancy.

Poor IT systems, lots of friction added to day to day work, forced people to reapply for existing roles and lengthy job mapping exercise which was marred with poor communication, reduced bonuses for long standing staff, processes applied by HR in favour of the company with no flexibility to recognise or reward those they say they value.
