Good work life balance. Good pension contribution. A lot of enjoyment comes down to what project you in and people working with.

Cons

No meaningful career opportunities, not encouraging, no rewards for taking exams to earn certification. Very confusing and buggy IT systems. Politics and corporate bureaucracy. They even try to catch you and blame for not reporting phishing. Sending useless trash instead of at least keeping up salaries with inflation levels - only top of pyramid ie VP are rewarded properly. The rest 2% + few hundred quid bonus meaning earning less each year.

Cons

Don't appear to be looking for remote work. Internal tool doesn't allow for searching for remote work which makes me think this. Although clients have found a way around which is to manually set the location as ALL, REMOTE, or VARIOUS but it makes it difficult as a consultant to find these roles.
