Good and safe environment with job security. Not have lot of pressure. Have good client interaction. Free food and ca service

Double check with salary negotiation. Lot of blind spot they have. Stocks contribution from company is also added in CTC. PF contribution also added in ctc. some miscellaneous deduction are there. Insurance only provided to Employee , spouse and children and not to parent.
