      Pros

      Professional, organized, supportive, reasonable pay, good conditions. They even have subs in-house so if you’re sick you can actually take time to recover rather than making yourself worse trying to continue working. Best place I’ve worked got. Really nice people, too, and pre-COVID had some fun, interesting social activities for staff.

      Some of the children have attitude problems because they are from wealthier families and have a sense of entitlement.

      Nice office location at Fraser Tower.

      Cons

      Birds of a feather flock together is what I can express understanding towards the Singapore office management. Ever changing procedures with immediate implementation without giving staff to absorb the new changes before rolling out. Unfairness treatment within CIC Singapore, if the management adore you your life will be easier. Otherwise, congratulations! Your life in CIC will be doomed as you might have been marked.
