      Cons

      Mid managers are not very engaging with the employees and will not lift a finger to mentor. Lots of redundant and antiquated processes. Refusal to step into the 21st century. Zero growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Can’t see any. Insurance is poor, they expect you to work on week ends without giving a day back or paying you.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t know what they are doing and are putting the blame and stress on their employees for any issue coming from their decisions where they should feel accountable instead. This is a toxic environment where the rules keep changing. They fire employees without replacing them and put additional pressure on the existing ones. HO in Paris can’t even speak English so you have to Google translate email communications.
