      Pros

      Very diverse staff. There are people from many different countries working in the NY office.

      Cons

      Extremely old processes and no drive to change them at all even if it will result in higher efficiency. You cannot make errors at all or be chastised constantly for it. If you have a manager who is rude or nasty you are told to deal with it or leave.
