      Pros

      Excellent work is rewarded through bonuses. Good work life balance although some projects require large number of working hours. Good ambience.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to be promoted internally and this can cause some frustration in the sense that one feels it is difficult to grow and progress.

      Used to have overseas DnD. With the change of GM, more of local DnD. With new HR, introduce more benefits and welfare. And better appraisal system.

      Workload, working with people, introducing new products with quick testing without considering all downstreams impact functionality.
