Pros
- The middle management is very involved and open to new approaches - There's room for improvements (a lot) and if you're proactive you can really do a lot and improve your skills - Products of high quality - International footprint, perfect to work in an international context - Canteens on the sites
Cons
- Problems while merging with its different entities (methods, tools...) - ERP specific to the company creating problems in the flow of information - Really low management of knowledge, trainings really rare - The top management has no consideration for the employees and the teams that they are "managing". They're dictators believing that management by fear is the best solution, but obviously it' not - Almost no perspective of evolution
