Flexible in working hours If you are interested, there are lots of manufacturing processes you can get familiar with Some experienced manufacturing engineering were helpful

Salary not good Old way of management They start a project, without knowing why? and how? Do not believe in young people and follow the old rules of management Not a good place to grow

Very friendly and willing to help out. Very helpful internship program to assist you with fitting in as well as company events and social gatherings between interns

Cons

It could be relatively hectic at times, as well as having much downtime. It really depended upon your project and department.
