      Competitive Pay, Encouragement to better one's self, Decent benefits, Upper management open with company status, Documentation is what allows this company to be well-organized

      Occasionally an assignment may be not-so-glamorous and you'll have to stick it out to get past the grunt work for months.

      lot of pros, if u got a lot of free time, this is the place to be. No work pressure, cab facility available, good increments etc
