more opportunities, less hike

Pros

The best reason you can join CTS is for the number of projects it would have got for your technology, supposing you are looking into IT domain.

Cons

I would strongly advise don't go to CTS for a good salary hike now because it was once a golden period there when when hike used to be good. But no more now. Moreover you are not safe there, if you hold 10+ years of experience since they always look to cost cut to show off their customers. Overtime there are more politics arised in various projects and it has become difficult to survive.

Best place to work.. There are many considerations for women employees like safety etc..Promotion and hike is good

No cons, but shifts in support project did not suit me

Pros

Employee friendly, No work pressure. Great place to work if you like the current role

Cons

Technology - we cannot learn new technologies and also we cannot switch from one technology to another technology. Say for example if an employee working in manual testing, his entire career would be in manual testing. He cannot move to trending technologies though he is willing to.
