Pros
I could have a very long list of pros, but I'll keep it somewhat brief:
-Fully remote+ flexible working hours
-fantastic equipment and anything you'd ever need will be provided on request
-fantastic work culture, people enjoy working here
-fantastic offices, centrally located, well equipped and well maintained
My job/team in particular has the following benefits:
- Lots of responsibility/trust in your ability from day 1
- Very swift and no fuss application process
- Responsive to feedback
- You can make things happen and change how systems work, even as a "junior"
- Hierarchies are flat
- The product is by far the best in the market, you don't have to "sell it"
- You get to talk to CEOs, IT Architects, Project Leads etc. on a daily basis.
Cons
There's a few tiny things related to the sales process/marketing/career progression etc. However, we are constantly improving and things are evolving rapidly.
