      Fully Remote and Fully Supported

      Pros

      This is a truly great company to work for. It is full-remote but with everything you need to set yourself up for success. There are lots of great perks, from the yearly company retreat (this year in the Dominican Republic) to a generous remote working allowance and excellent software/equipment. Onboarding is comprehensive, and team support is phenomenal. The pay scale is generous. The directors and management are accessible. Autonomy is encouraged, but support is only a Slack chat away. Fresh ideas and having a voice in meetings are embraced and supported. Honestly, this is one of the best companies and teams I've ever worked with after nearly 30 years doing what I do—enough to get me to write a review on Glassdoor, which I wouldn't normally consider. I hope to be here for a long time to come.

      Cons

      It's actually hard to think of a negative. The interview process was quite lengthy and involved for me, but that just means I knew what was expected of me and there's no imposter syndrome when you start. 🤷🏻‍♂️

      Pros

      Camunda not only an amazing company to work for! It is also a fantastic solution, benefiting from a clear vision that is backed with impeccable execution, thus rewarded by the industry top analysts! Camunda has strong and compelling values. I can only praise the company's transparency and ethics. Camunda genuinely cares for and values their employees' wellbeing. The company has chosen to be fully remote, but there is a real sense of belonging, and opportunities (pretty much monthly) to meet some of my colleagues. Our Managers and Leaders are down to earth, and know how to recruit the right talent. I truly believe we are on the right path, and that this is an amazing time to join. I feel honoured working for Camunda, and look forward to a successful future!

      In all objectivity, I cannot think of any con at this stage!
