Great technology that is both innovative and high quality at large scale. Camunda is well positioned to continue it's great growth trajectory. An inclusive and innovative culture. Great benefits. Annual all company retreat.

Cons

Could be a pro or con - has transitioned to a fully remote workforce. No offices and limited in-person interaction.

Pros

Phenomenal Parental leave = 20 weeks Human, health & wellness centric environment and the overall benefits really show that. I feel safe to communication very directly and clearly and also get that type of communication from my manager.

Cons

This feedback is not just for leadership, if you are an individual contributor here, keep pushing to break linearity and don't reminisce the past too much, focus on where the business is at now, celebrate that success, consider the human factor and focus on sustainability and the future.

Camunda lives by its values which is great to experience and be part of. Everyone in the company is approachable and willing to help. Culture is very positive and things are looking bright at Camunda, so its certainly an exciting time to be here. Onboarding experience was 10/10 - was supported at each step of the Journey. Even though, Camunda is a fully remote company they do an amazing job at ensuring you create those early connections.
