      - Transparency is a high priority. You can access any information you want about any department. - Great work/life balance and benefits - Lots of support for your position, work/life balance, and growth - Friendly and supportive coworkers

      - As a remote first company, there are always things to improve with communication

      growing quickly have at times growing pains at times, high workloads to keep up with company momentum (although this is a fantastic problem to have)

      Pros

      - The teams are wonderful! - They are always there to answer your questions - The dynamic between all the teams is amazing, we all work closely together, have cross team meetings, and have monthly all company meetings to keep everyone aligned - Amazing culture even though we are mostly virtual, with option to go into the offices if you are located close by - Remote first work policy - Jakob, The CEO, is very charismatic and easy to understand when he presents his plans for the company - There is a company retreat!! - Amazing benefits

      I see no down side to working at Camunda! The company and vision are great!
