      Pros

      - The teams are wonderful! - They are always there to answer your questions - The dynamic between all the teams is amazing, we all work closely together, have cross team meetings, and have monthly all company meetings to keep everyone aligned - Amazing culture even though we are mostly virtual, with option to go into the offices if you are located close by - Remote first work policy - Jakob, The CEO, is very charismatic and easy to understand when he presents his plans for the company - There is a company retreat!! - Amazing benefits

      Cons

      I see no down side to working at Camunda! The company and vision are great!

      Pros

      Great team, great product, very open and flexible employer! Lots of high class customers in direct contact, a lot of trust into each and every employee

      Cons

      Compensation should be much higher, customers are offering much more money and state this clear in contacts. Many colleagues left to these offers. Levels to clearly state what is necessary to move up and grow.

      Pros

      Camunda is a really well run company with a great future. There's a kind and supportive culture grounded in excellent engineering. Because things are organized well, the pressure is firm, but always manageable. Plus, employees are given support and really treated like a human being.

      Cons

      While the technologies Camunda offers are very well engineered and fit for purpose, they are not particularly sexy or glamorous.
