Cons

Poor HR Support: Some employees may find that the HR department at Capgemini is not efficient in handling employee concerns or providing adequate support when needed. This can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. Low Salary Hikes: Another common complaint among employees is that the salary hikes offered by Capgemini are often below industry standards or fail to keep up with the cost of living. This can result in demotivation and difficulty in retaining talented employees. Lack of Employee Communication: Communication between management and employees may be limited, especially when there are no client issues to address. This lack of communication can lead to a feeling of disconnect and uncertainty among the workforce.
