In my personal opinion (based on my experience with Aricent): Onsite opportunities are either luck-based or a matter of chance - no link with eligibility or hardwork Hardworking Leads (TLS) are over-strained, avarege Leads are either enjoying their tnure or having comfort in the hardwork of their subordinates

1.Good work in some of the telecom projects e.g. Network protocols

1. Pathetic treatment of employees e.g. cost cutting has gone on to managent's head. 2. Moral standards and professional ethics are in doldrums 3. Need to sign a bond worth Rs.2.5 Lakhs against one year stay (1 year after coming back from onsite) on stamp paper if you go onsite.Moreover you'll not be informed about it during induction. 4. Other typical expenditue is also against some conditions(e.g. your location transfer expenses) are also under some conditions even if you are getting transferred in india only) be aware. 5. Pathetic food in both locations...Campus and Sigma. 6.You'll hear one of the most weird explanation from management in this company.

Aricent provides with a Good working environment, quality of work is good, time to time employee surverys to know how the employees thinks. Trainings are always there if you need to learn something new

Cons

The work pressure in Aricent is always too high although they always provide you with the facilities needed after office hours
