      An excellent engineering company but not good for a mba

      flexible timings decent work culture with more focus on work than other activities independence to pursue work with help always available from seniors

      Cons

      does not have a mba culture can be a bit tiring with too many calls and presentations on the working days most of the business people are from engineering so have a different work ethics than a regular mba graduate

      Focus of telecom domain. Large is size and a reputed brand. Good technology intensive work and a place to learn for freshers.

      Cons

      Lot of uncertainity and sudden changes. Old management virtually out of scene. Management changes becoming frequent. Extreme pressure and stress.
