      Pros

      Freshers get grade A training. Flexible timing, no dress code. Good learning. Salary is not bad.

      For me it was a good time in Aricent so no cons. :)

      - technical expertise of engineers - willingness to improve of fresheners

      Cons

      - no Intercultural competence in - How to manage, lead and guide NON INDIA EMPLOYEES- Miles away to be ranked as a global player.. - very weak personalities at managing level (CEO, VP SALES CSS, PES and FROG BU) - you have to be a part of the good old Flextronic gang ... this is the Inner circle which rules the company.
