Great exposure, Flexible timings, helpful colleagues, great environment to work

Cons

Salary package is very low. Starting package is 3.5 lacs per annum and even for experienced persons the salary package is very low. Therefore the attrition rate is very high. People work here for 2 years and leave for better opportunities.

It has got good working culture. Work time flexibiity is one of the best thing I found over here. LTE has gt broad scope and pleanty of oppurtunities.

They should revise the compensation and salary policies so that the attretion rate gets reduced .
