Pros
Earlier it was a very good company to work with. Good exposure to learn and groom oneself and was purely a company for IT Professional
Cons
Now employees are not happy to work for Capgemini after taking over iGate because it was put extra pressure on the employees and no new projects are coming and people are asked to leave which Capgemini is putting a very bad name in the market
