Pros

Working with a team of real experts who understand the industry and how to address challenges. Team set up to make it as easy as possible for people joining from industry to quickly get consulting skills. Good client base of high profile retailers.

Cons

Team are in high demand so often there is not much down time between assignments. At times can be challenging to get together face to face as a team with people spread out at clients.

Equipment (laptop, mobile phone) is new and modern Some good clients Some offices are new and/or recently renovated Good back office

Cons

No holiday payment, picky policies to travel costs, travel expenses take ages to be paid after christmas, on junior level the colleagues are good and motivated, on senior levels there is lots of workplace politics and performance counts less than "face" - poisons the working atmosphere, difficult to negoatiate salary raises, many junior colleagues looking to change company
