Communications within the company sometimes are overwhelming, having multiple channels - quite characteristic of a corporation Growing quite rapidly over the last couple of years and interesting to see how to culture will evolve - whether it will keep being a cool company or if it will transform into one of those corporations A lot of internal work load that needs to be complete out of office hours. Feels like you have two jobs - one the delivery on the project and one internally. Very demanding internal contribution if you want to progress
