      Excellent firm with top consultants and European pedigree. world class systems and training environment. A top global socially responsible firm

      Cons

      Internal competition between its systems integration and management consulting divisions is a major stumbling block in the organization. VPs run fiefdoms and compensation aligns them against each other.

      Good working conditions. Many good people and good Atmosphäre. Learning by doing directly on the project and by the client.

      Cons

      No Mentoring or a team behind you. Internal bootcamp(Germany specific) was to my time only on prove your skills and not to train you. Many difficulties in the communication with senior management.
