Good ambience , no restriction on dress code, lot of big customers to learn new technologies,

BU there are different BUs in Capgemini. Sogeti India Bangalore RMG/HR is not good. They are very rude and no scope for Sogeti India employees who are working under capgemini. So selecting BU is important . No call with employees even after they resignation to know the reason why they are resigning.
