      Pros

      Had a very good working culture. Good, smart colleagues. Flexibility with work and timings. Collaborative culture among colleagues. Job required more of power point skills.

      Cons

      Managers were more interested in their own growth than the growth of their subordinates. Favoritism and too much of dirty politics. No respect for most managers.

      Pros

      A real blend of consulting, very strong in CPR, Utilities and latterly FS. We can really leverage our other businesses e.g. our APPs, Managed Services, Digital and technology Great group of people, friendly and open place to work

      Cons

      We don't tell enough people in the market and potential candidates about what we do and how well we do it. Modesty is charming, but we should share more of our successes
