      Pros

      Most of the people that work at Manager or below are solid knowledgeable resources. I've been very happy with my overall compensation.

      Cons

      Strictly sales driven to move up and it shows in the type of resources that advance. Most resources at Sr Manager and above seem to lose all sense of the skillset that got them to that position. They push the resources below them to do sales which is frustrating when you feel you did an excellent job somewhere, but don't get recognition because your sales numbers were to low. The employee review process is almost non- existent. Your reviewer typically only spends 2 hrs with you a year. Training and certification is difficult to get approved.

      Good work culture Company has enough social life.

      Cons

      Appraisals are poor than monthly expenses of tea and Samosas. Appraisals are not performance driven mostly on cast and origin, Better to have reporting manager from same state as you are. Low Quality Work happens, no growth in any respect
