Pros
Short and fun training sessions. Helpful senior staff. Emphasis on self learning. Closely scheduled deadlines help you cope up with everything in a fast paced environment at a very early level.
Cons
Too much taught or too much on the plate in the incipient stages. The transition from college to corporate culture is well understood though and is undergone smoothly. But the work load is immense at once.
