      company policy is ok still need to bring some hardcore projects not just support projects

      very bad RMG , no good telecom project just night shift and weekend working

      1. Good onsite opprtunities 2. Expanded in all domains so huge expansion in career

      Cons

      1. Infrasructure issues and will see so many people on bench for longer duration 2. Never go beyond the static plan so if you have high salary which is above the CG band still they will offer the same or ask tp join on less salary
