      Pros

      Good pay as you are part of the PWU or The Society unions as an electricity worker. Valuable experience in the electricity industry can be obtained.

      Cons

      Small operation, Inergi only handles a few small aspects of Hydro One's overall business so opportunities are incredibly limited.

      Nothing. I'm not sure how that company successfully staffs projects or makes money in North America

      Cons

      Very disorganized from a staffing and client account management perspective. There is no way to run a successful consulting company without executing these two thing well.
