      Pros

      flexible work hours but now they are forcing people to be in office for 9 hours

      Cons

      very poor salary structure...not at all with industry standards..Managers and hr's don't care about you

      Pros

      Good people - smart, kind go-getters On-boarding was pretty successful. Lots of training in person at the beginning (at least for college hires). It was also a great opportunity for getting to know others at my level from around the company

      Cons

      Little career guidance or training (mostly online and not very good). People Managers are a good resource, but it's been difficult to go from talking about what I want to do to actually being staffed on that type of work.
