      Pros

      A friendly community. Training is a priority, Backing of a large technology company which focuses on delivering innovative solutions.

      Cons

      Very poor salary. Much is done on the cheap resulting in an increasingly poor work life balance. Many of the engagements are very technology based, no strategy work to speak off.

      Ability to work with people from all over the world and collaborate on projects with many different perspectives. The shared experiences and knowledge made this a perfect setting to accomplish many positive and purposeful improvements on client's behalf

      Cons

      Senior management was often time out of touch with the folks working on the ground floor and doing the actual work. Decisions were often made without all necessary components in hand to make fully informed and logical results
