      less work pressure,HRs are nice,good home and work balance,nice co-workers,nice infrastructutre, i would like to suggest this company to any friend

      less emolument is paid,salary is not much increased even after training period,and even in long time not much increment is received

      Pros

      Short and fun training sessions. Helpful senior staff. Emphasis on self learning. Closely scheduled deadlines help you cope up with everything in a fast paced environment at a very early level.

      Cons

      Too much taught or too much on the plate in the incipient stages. The transition from college to corporate culture is well understood though and is undergone smoothly. But the work load is immense at once.
