      only european fullservice consultant with a human touch. Nice and competent employees.

      Cons

      hire & fire: with the upcoming financial crisis all 45 newly hired consultants were fired.

      Pros

      Upper management at Capgemini were very willing to work with their employees in order to keep moral up.

      Cons

      Management needs to define their specific groups and process prior to bring an employee on board. Need better trainers to teach the chosen application. Suggest hiring the application companies trainers/consultants.

      - Interesting work - Long hours on assignment but generally better than other consultancies - Leading with technology e.g. cutting edge of Digital transformation

      Cons

      - Time on out of town projects can be very lengthy - Alot of bureaucracy especially when it comes to being assigned projects
