      Pros

      I enjoyed working with great people who were able to go the next level to bring solutions to the client. People who exceed expectations will get promoted quickly. The projects where I worked were usually important to the client, and work was exciting.

      Pros

      Great projects, great employee background (they hire only from top-notch schools), very good work-life balance, smart people overall. Good leadership. I would recommend to people who want to make a career in consulting.

      Cons

      Not sure. Probably annual raises could be better (6-8% historically). Other than that I actually liked everything. Good feedback system, promotion opportunities, mentoring.
