      - There are amazing opportunities for growth at Capgemini Invent. I have worked on a variety of client engagements as well as internal roles. - Culture is great, people are smart and kind, and it's super flexible with working abroad policies - You get what you give with Capgemini, if you network and are engaged with internal initiatives, you will do super well - Great work life balance, rarely work overtime if you manage your time well

      - A strong focus on utilisation means you can be working on projects which are not your first choice - A strong focus on internal contributions as well client work - but this is the same for all consultancies!
