Great leaders. Very approachable and human Great work life balance (albeit client dependant) Great flexibility around working from home (albeit client dependant) Flat organisational structure Pay raises in line with performance review (can be a pro and a con) Transparency around pay Strong focus on gender diversity and company policies around social impact Minimal expectation to contribute "extra" beyond delivery. If you do, it is recognised.

Cons

Pay raises in line with performance review. They are transparent on their policy If you do not perform you will receive a lower increase in pay than others in order to retain top talent. That being said, their performance reviews are fair in my opinion and they will help you improve if required.
